Highly motivated by the session on ‘Saga of Patriotism’ conducted by Disha as a part of Personality Development certification course, Arshiya Banu (3rd Yr, BSVP) thought of spreading/sharing our knowledge about India with the younger generation. She designed her own modules which included Bala Yoga, activities, games, videos, inspiring anecdotes and information about Indian freedom struggle and Indian defense forces. Arshiya identified and contacted the nearby government schools to spread this message. She also engaged other college mates and successfully conducted the sessions on the same topic in the GMP School, Vijaynagar. Students & teachers of the school were highly inspired and felt proud of being INDIANS and requested Arshiya and her team to visit the school frequently. It was a great learning experience for the entire team.

The purpose of education is to spread the light of knowledge which is a part of our culture in true sense. We have maintained our rich tradition as we worked untiringly for spreading this light. When we want to paint the entire world in one color, we disintegrate and when we acknowledge diversity, we unite and integrate.
