Smt. Meera Balaganesan has done her graduation in Maths and Diploma in Information Systems.
She has completed her Diploma in Pre-Primary Education and is a Certified Soft Skills Trainer as well.
She was in IT for more than 13 years and has worked in the US for Delta Airlines as Project Lead for more than 7 years. After her return to India in 2008, she continued her IT career in various IT companies including Scope Standard Chartered, Bangalore.
In 2015, she decided to pursue her passion in training and became a soft skills trainer and has conducted many programs in colleges like New Horizon Engineering, Reva, Saptagiri and corporates like Syngene, P3 Voith Space, CDM Smth, VerInt etc.
Due to her deep passion towards instilling values and patriotism in the young minds, Meera joined Disha Bharat in 2018 as a full time trainer coordinator.
