Life Skills and Values workshop for students in rayadurga, Andhra pradesh

The students workshop was conducted on Life Skills and Values, organized by Rayadurga Girls High School, Rayadurga on July 23^rdfor 9^thfrom 11am to 4:45pm for 200 students. Session took for Confidence, Public Speaking, Stage Fear & Memory. With activities of Goal Settings, Creativity, Team Work & Problem Solving.

On July 24^th for 10^th & 1^st PU from 11am to 3:30 for 120 students in Kasturbagandhi Girls Residential School. Session took for Motivation, Art of Story Telling, BodyLanguage, Eye Contact, and Concentration. With activities of Hard Work & Smart Work, Planning for Goal Settings.

On July25^th2018 from 10:15am to 5:00pm of 240 students of10^thwere split into two batches, which are going to take up their public exams this year. The students were motivated and learnt about setting goals, study techniques and also managing time from various activities.

Half-day personality development workshop

Half-day personality development workshop on know yourself, know your country and culture was conducted in the school mentioned below. The students enjoyed the workshop with great enthusiasm and learnt everything which was thought to them. Many students promised to be good citizens to the motherland and contribute to the society how much ever they can. All the students were proud of being Indians (Bharatiya’s).

Teachers Enrichment Workshop “prerana” journey from teacher to guru

The teachers workshop was conducted in 3 schools reaching over 81 teachers. Impressing them with activities giving counseling supports to understand better about students and their needs and behavior towards students. Feedback from the teachers is that they started thinking out of the box not only given home-work should be done, knowing the proper reason why students will skip and solving their needs.

Fortnightly regular on-going sessions

Regular Ongoing session of alternate weeks once in 15days, where 10 sessions on values touching about character development, country and culture are taken in a period of 40min class.This session would be of different teaching methodologies like activities of Appreciation & Gratitude, Facilitation process also raising the questions with given examples as current situation then showing  videos and interaction, Quiz, Stories etc.Each session would be followed by an assignment which improves there holistic development. These sessions are of different levels for each class.

CSR sponsored sessions (Deloitte, At&T)

Disha- Viveka Vikasa in association with “Youth For Seva” and Deloitte and AT&T Company, conducts regular on-going session once in a week where sessions are taken for 6 weeks on Life Skills and Values in a period of 90mins class. This Life Skills workshop is conducted by 3E concept, E- Engagement E- Experiential E- Empowerment for underprivileged students also giving easy examples as their own situation making them to imagine then answer for the situation and helping them to take right path and right decision.
