NEP 2020
India’s National Education Policy (NEP 2020) promises to ring in large-scale changes to our education system. These include greater autonomy to colleges and universities as well as giving students more flexibility in the subjects they wish to study, and multiple entry-exit option for students.
Human beings are generally averse to change. This applies as much to parents and teachers as it does to students. For the new policies to bear fruit, teaching and learning must happen differently; this requires mindsets to change. Parents must be open to letting their children change tracks based on their interests and strengths, and not force them to study something that they do not like. In this larger context, Disha Bharat sees itself as an agent(catalyst) of change.
VIKASANA: NEP 2020-VISION TO ACTION
