Kiran D.M. is the President and the Chief Executive Officer of iSol Group of Companies – “iSol Talent Consulting Private Limited” and “iSol Softech Private Limited”. His leadership, insight and operational experience have strengthened iSol’s establishment and growth.
Being a management professional, Kiran comes with over 3 decades of rich and versatile experience in both IT and Non IT Industries. Over these years he has acquired in-depth experience in general management, corporate strategy and support, project management, human resources & operations which includes over 10 years in senior management roles. He has undertaken unique goals and objectives, usually to bring about a beneficial change and add value. He has a proven track record as a generalist and a specialist with precision in all-functional departments including Finance and Business Development with a thorough understanding of business models of enterprises in India, US and EU. He was with the leading MNC’s including Eureka Forbes, Namaste Exports and Global Edge Software Ltd. His previous corporate responsibility was as the Senior Director- Corporate Support, at Kyocera Wireless India Pvt. Ltd
Passion:
If human resource is his profession, training is his passion. He is a regular invitee as a guest lecturer at leading management institutes and other associations across the State of Karnataka. His area of interest focuses on leadership coaching, organization development, culture building, strategic development on organizational communication, and create synergy in the organization during merger and acquisitions. He also holds key competency in designing and delivering various training programs tailoring to the organizational needs. Aided by his ample experience in organization’s operations, Mr. Kiran has been instrumental in establishing new departments on all factors of resources and administration.
