- Worked as a teacher in Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, Banashankari
- Because of the interest in spirituality and nation building, left the job and dedicated full time for the social service since 2013.
- Worked as a Software Engineer with MNCs such as ORACLE, Honeywell, Exeter for more than 6 years
- Volunteered with many social service organizations such as Youth for Seva, Ramayana Prasarana Kendra, Ramakrishna Ashrama etc.
- Currently serving as a chief-coordinator of Viveka Vikasa, a project of an NGO DISHA,which aims to impart holistic education through value initiatives in schools and colleges.
- Given a presentation along with the recommendations on value education in 2-day National Workshop organized by minister of Human Resource and Development in New Delhi on 6th and 7th November
- Conducted hundreds of personality development Workshops for students of all age groups.
- Motivational Speaker for many events. Organized, facilitated and served as a resource person for enrichment programs for Faculty Members of institutions, teachers, parents and youth.
